[Insight-developers] re-position ShapedNeighborhoodIterator

Greetings,

I was wondering if there is a way to change current position of
ShapedNeighborhoodIterator similarly to SetPosition method of
ImageRegionIterator?

I am writing a filter where I need to visit neighborhoods of some
pixels in a specific order; without the ability to re-position the
iterator I have no better alternative than using SetPixel and
GetPixel.
