[Insight-developers] Is VariableDimensionHistogram gone?

In this description:

It says "If you do not know the length of the measurement vector at compile
time, you should use the VariableDimensionHistogram class". I don't
see a VariableDimensionHistogram
class - is this built into Statistics::Histogram now? Can someone who knows
this update the description?
