[Insight-developers] FEM Deformable Registration test code disabled since 2002

Hi Brian,

We continue to profile the numerical needs
of the FEM image registration and for that
purpose we are looking into the test:

   ITK/Modules/Registration/FEM/test/
                 itkFEMRegistrationFilterTest.cxx

Unfortunately this tests doesn't verifies the
output that is produced.

The section of code that verifies the output
is in lines
                          254-288

and has been commented out since 2002
when the first version of the tests was
committed.

When restoring the section of code, the
test fails because the moving image is
not deformed.

Could you please take a look and help us
restore the tests so that Julie and Chuck
can use it to profile the FEM registration
process ?
