[Insight-developers] FFT Patch / Tcon Today Afternoon

Since there are several FFT options, perhaps we should design an interface
for  FFT filters that can use the itk factory mechanism to access specific
implementations. I don't know if our current class structure permits this.

In general, I don't think we have utilized the power of our factory
mechanisms.
