[Insight-developers] Gerrit Push Failure

Hi Vince,

I mentioned it the admin for the Gerrit instance, and we found it in
the logs.  We repaired the database and restarted the daemon, but I'm
not sure it that was the source of the issue.  I could  push a
revision to that topic.

Please make another other attempt.  Sorry for any troubles.
