[Insight-developers] Gerrit Push Failure

I am trying to push a new patch to gerrit and all steps succeed until the final push where I get the following error:

error: failed to push some refs to 'vmagnotta at review.source.kitware.com<mailto:'vmagnotta at review.source.kitware.com>:ITK'
To vmagnotta at review.source.kitware.com<mailto:vmagnotta at review.source.kitware.com>:ITK
! HEAD:refs/for/master/FEMTests [remote rejected] (database error)

Is there some way to fix this problem?
