[Insight-developers] Lstk needs attention

Bill,
Did you tried "git pull" from your LSTK repo?
I think I have synced with ITKv4 not long ago.
It's working on one of the dashboard:

I will spend some time  check LSTK early next week though, to clean up the
tests and set up more dashboards.
