[Insight-developers] face_b.jpg wrong hash

I think I screwed it up, sorry about that.
Attached are the two images.
If I remember right, I added the images per instructions, created
references in a test, and ran cmake which generated the expected
messages. I was commiting and had some kwstyle or whitespace errors, so
I commited with '-n' to quiet these b/c I wanted to get the patch up for
someone to work with before I fixed those issues. But '-n' seems to skip
all per-commit scripts, so I didn't see the expected message about the
data hashes being processed. I think I then removed the hashes and
everything related to the images and tried again. The process seemed to
work and I was able to see the images in the build/ExternalData dir
after doing 'make ITKData'.
