The object was not uploaded at all AFAICT.

Michael, did you have your work tree set up according to the development
instructions:

   http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Git/Develop
   http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Git/Develop/Data

?

Meanwhile, please email me the original file and I will upload the object
for you so that people can build again.
