[Insight-developers] mini5.nlm building ITK without wrapping?

hi brad,

i was lookign at the wrapping dashboards this week end and it seems
that the following nightly build is not using wrapping even though it
names suggest otherwise. Shall we switch wrapping on for this machine,
or change the build name?
