[Insight-developers] WrapITK dashboards config error

Hi Gaëtan,
There are three nightly dashboards for WrapITK has been failing due to the
circular dependency error in wrapped  ITKHighDimensionalOptimizer:

CMake Error: The inter-target dependency graph contains the following
strongly connected component (cycle):
  "ITKHighDimensionalOptimizersSwig" of type UTILITY
    depends on "ITKHighDimensionalMetricsSwig"
  "ITKHighDimensionalMetricsSwig" of type UTILITY
    depends on "ITKHighDimensionalOptimizersSwig"
At least one of these targets is not a STATIC_LIBRARY.  Cyclic dependencies
are allowed only among static libraries.
-- Build files have been written to: /Users/glehmann/src/tests/ITK-build

Will you take a look? There were some module dependency changes earlier
that you might want to update in the CmakeLists.txt  in wrapping dir.
