[Insight-developers] BoxImageFilters...

Hello Gaetan,

I was looking for some filters to wrap for SimpleITK and I stumbled into the non-morphology based filters derived from the BoxImageFilter. Many of these are still in review, are they ready to come out? Do any of these filters replace existing ITK filters? Are there other complications?
