[Insight-developers] Gerrit adding unexpected dependencies

The machine hosting the robot that fetches from itk.org and
pushes to Gerrit went down sometime overnight on Friday to
Saturday.  I manually pushed master to Gerrit this morning
to help it catch up.  We can fix the machine tomorrow.
