[Insight-developers] Otsu Threshold results changed

The results of the otsu threshold image filter changed on about Oct31. I presume this is related to the auto-thresholding topic that was recently merged.

I don't have an image different, just that the MD5 hashes of the binary masked changed. 

Are there any suggestions on here to look at what might have changed?
