[Insight-developers] Error building ITKData

Hi,

I'm getting an error building ITKData with the current master (ddda7b),
see below. If I do 'make -i ITKData' to ignore errors, then I get
another 2 or 3 dozen similar errors for other images. I'm in a build dir
where I've already built ITKData successfully before.

I've added some new data and pushed up to gerrit, and _can_ successfully
retrieve it.
