[Insight-developers] Add ImageSource Module

I don't like the name GeneratingImageSource either, but I don't think that ImageSourceBase is descriptive enough, ImageSource is already a base class and we should try to avoid confusion with that. I think that something to help describe that this class is for ImageSources that generate an image, or that require the size, spacing etc, to be set would be better then base.

RandomImageSource is in the TestingKernel module, that is likely best left there.
