[Insight-developers] Release Candidate 1

Matt,

I just closed the Oct 28th sprint.  I left the Nov 1, sprint open, and
there are currently 63 unresolved items that were supposed to be done by
today.

I crated a Nov 7th RC1 sprint,  it currently has no items in it.

I'll be happy to make new sprints.

I'll not be on the T-Con this friday.

On second thought, JIRA is probably a better place to do all that
planning rather than the wiki.

But, the sprints seem to be out-of-date.  The current October and
November sprints need to be closed, and the release candidate sprints
need to be added.  Hans or Jim, can you please update the sprint list?
