[Insight-developers] Disappearing and/or non-existent Gerritt Robot Builds

I have been submitting new patches rather frantically today to try and
resolve the problems apparently caused by my checkin yesterday.  So I have
been rather abusing the robot.

I need to be lobbying for a Windows/Visual Studio machine so I can test
before I push on my own.
