[Insight-developers] VS Linker errors related to dependencies

Hi Bill,

It is unclear...

This is a Windows build using Shared libraries.
http://www.cdash.org/CDash/viewNotes.php?buildid=1150346

The errors appear when building the Examples,
and mostly in the DeformableRegistration ones
from 8 to 15.

In that set, they are all missing the symbol:

MersenneTwisterRandomVariateGenerator::GetInstance(void)"


That happens to be in the Core/Common library...


I'm taking a look...
