[Insight-developers] IJ testing

Hi,
It has been a while since I submitted anything to IJ, and I'm having
trouble with the testing of my most recent submission - it doesn't
appear to be running. Has anything changed in the last year or so, and
is there a way of viewing some sort of log? Also, I'm planning to
submit something that IJ shouldn't try to compile or test - is there a
standard way of disabling the testing?
