kitty-vm has

Submit files (using http)
   Using HTTP submit method

It's just doing "/usr/bin/ctest -V -S itk_cdash.cmake > itk_review.out"

so I'm only getting standard output and not all of the "nothing to do"
lines.

If I trigger a build :
