[Insight-developers] ITKv4 tag for gcc 4.6

Hey,

about the gdcm errors/warnings with gcc 4.6.0:
these were fixed in gdcm 3 days ago

I already asked Brad, but will these fixes be pulled into ITK or
will you wait for a new release of gdcm?
