[Insight-developers] Wrapping errors caused on new concept check

Gaëtan,

A recent change to VTKExportImpageExport added a concept check that requires
the image dimension to be 1, 2 or 3.

Wrapping seems to be using the class with dimension = 4.

Can you check into this?
