Eduardo,

There are several options to submit your change:

1). Post the patch here.

2). Submit a bug report at http://public.kitware.com/Bug under the ITK
project and attach a patch there.

3). Push your change to gerrit, a collaborative source code review
system that ITK developers use to review changes. Directions for doing
so are here: http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Git/Develop

If you think you may submit more code changes to ITK, I strongly
suggest you take approach number 3. It may look overwhelming at first,
but if you follow the guide, it really isn't too difficult, and it is
likely the fastest way to get your contributions into ITK.
