[Insight-developers] ImageRegionDuplicator - a path to efficient memory coping

Hello,

I have implemented a straw man interface for optimizing image region coping. Please find it here:

Clearly I need to do some testing with the different image types, etc. But I was hoping for a review of the interface to determine if this was the right path.
