This should take care of that:

Now if ITK-Mesh depends on ITK-DoesNotExist then one gets an error:

  CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:230 (message):
    No such module "ITK-DoesNotExist" needed by "ITK-Mesh"

and processing stops.
