[Insight-developers] CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX set to ${ITK_BINARY_DIR}/root

Hi,

At this time, CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX is set to ${ITK_BINARY_DIR}/root.
This is not the default behavior of cmake and doesn't seem much  
intuitive to me.

Is there a reason to do that?
