[Insight-developers] Missing files after pulling master

I thought I'd try out the new modularized repository. I pulled from master,
but then when I try to build I get a lot of missing file errors:

itkImageIOFactory.cxx:28:37: error: itkBioRadImageIOFactory.h: No such file
or directory

Thoughts?
