[Insight-developers] UseSimpleITK.cmake

UseSimpleITK.cmake does not include all the ITK resources.  To build an external package against SimpleITK, you need to do a find_package on both ITK and SimpleITK.

SimpleITK as a separate checkout (may) just be a stopgap till it is integrated in the trunk of ITK.  Should the UseSimpleITK.cmake be refined?
