Hi,

Perhaps it's known but I get this when trying to 'generate' in CMake:

 CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:14 (_add_executable):
   Cannot find source file:

     itkCommonHeaderObjCxxTest.mm

   Tried extensions .c .C .c++ .cc .cpp .cxx .m .M .mm .h .hh .h++ .hm .hpp
   .hxx .in .txx
 Call Stack (most recent call first):
   ITK/Core/Common/test/CMakeLists.txt:142 (add_executable)
