[Insight-developers] Adding a file for testing csv reader

Hi,
 
I'm wondering about this process too. I remember seeing some discussion about including Testing/Data w/in the ITK repo directly. What should we do in the meantime about adding files to Testing/Data? Thanks.

I'm working on developing a reader for csv files and I have a file called "test.csv" in Testing/Data/Input that I'm currently working with. �I'd like to push it to gerrit so that other reviewers can run the test for the reader.What exactly would I need to do for this?�
