[Insight-developers] What happened vis à vis the renaming of QuadEdgeMeshClasses.

This should be a pretty easy migration guide to write.  While I think that
it is strictly not required for Review, it would be nice.

This gerrit topic did the renaming.  It contains the renamed files.

I don't know what the policy is for changes in Review. Do they need a
