[Insight-developers] ImageDuplicator Failures

Kitware team,

There is a strange error that I must have introduced in the fix for the ImageDuplicator, but I can not reproduce it.

It seems that thurmite consistently fails on this test.  Would you mind taking a look to see why this test is failing?
