[Insight-developers] Is it ok to return values in function params?

We do that in several instances,

For example

Image::TransformPhysicalPointToIndex( inputPoint, outputIndex );
Image::TransformIndexToPhysicalPoint( inputIndex, outputPoint );

Usually returned by reference.
