[Insight-developers] IBSRValidation in ITKApps -- what to do with ITKV4 changes?

I have a patch for ITKApps/IBSRValidation that does a couple of things vis
a vis ITK4

1. Ditch itkRawImageSequencer in favor of itk::ImageSeriesReader. That
class was a hacked version of itkImageFileReader.txx and was completely
unnecessary.

2. The classifers used the symbol ITK_USE_REVIEW, and in ITK4 the Review
statistics are merged with ITK proper.  So ITK_USE_REVIEW isn't defined,
which means the old statistics API was being called, causing compiler
errors.

What is the status with changing ITKApps? Is the ITKApps repo in GIT for
both ITK3 & ITK4? If so, how do we deal with changes required for ITK4?
