This patch works.  I did a complete CableSwig and ITK rebuild and the
bottom line is: 100% tests passed, 0 tests failed out of 1537

Looks to me like you removed the definition part so only a declaration
was made (replaced {...} with ;).  Let me know if anything else was
changed.
