[Insight-developers] Curves2DExtractor itk::ParametricSpaceToImageSpaceMeshFilter

Hi Satish,

This looks like one of intermediate filters in the pipeline of the
Curves2DExtractor is not carrying along the information about image
spacing.

I'm now running a test with a non-unit spacing image to try to
replicate your report.
