[Insight-developers] Can I make a program in Examples depend on whether

I tried adding the following to ITK/Testing/IO/CMakeLists.txt

if(Module_ITKDeprecated)
  add_executable(ConvertAnalyzeFile ConvertAnalyzeFile.cxx)
  target_link_libraries(ConvertAnalyzeFile ${ITK_LIBRARIES})
endif(Module_ITKDeprecated)

But it seemed like Module_ITKDeprecated is true when ITK_BUILD_ALL_MODULES
is turned on.

Is there a better way to test for this?  I don't think any of the Example
programs are guarded agains including unbuilt modules.
