Hello,

Thanks for the info.

I thought the Voronoi map should be the same as the labeled image, but didn't have time to verify. So this is the default for the 3rd parameter, so that is good.

I am a little concerned that the values changed by this commit in ITK, however I need to make SimpleITK's dashboard green, so I am just going to update our baseline image.
