[Insight-developers] WrapITK compilation

Gaetan,

I noticed that WrapITK didn't build successfully the last couple of nights. Is this an easy fix? I am looking to pick a tag for ITK for SimpleITK's supper build. I would like to continue to support building ITK with WrapITK and SimpleITK to aid in possible integration of the two. So I would very much like a version of ITK with a stable WrapITK.
