[Insight-developers] Intermittent compile errors for header tests

Virus checkers don't work as well as they advertise, and they are
intrusive, and they sap performance with little actual benefit.
If a machine isn't used for casual web browsing, periodic scheduled virus
protection, coupled with turning off real time file checking, is going to
give you reasonable protection without the giant performance hit. The
problem this raises on Kitware Robot machines in particular is that
there's no time when a virus scan could be when it's guaranteed that no
ITK builds are active.
I don't doubt the seriousness of computer virii, but as far as I know, 99%
of the infections come from interactive web browsing, and if that doesn't
happen most other vectors of infection can be eliminated by shutting down
services that open network ports.
