[Insight-developers] missing help message for CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE

Hi,

There was a help message for "CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE" when one run cmake
../ITK. It shows

CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE: Choose the type of build, options are:
None(CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS or CMAKE_C_FLAGS used) Debug Release
RelWithDebInfo MinSizeRel.

But it seems disappeared recently, probably after the change default
build type.  Is it possible to add this back?
