[Insight-developers] insight journal down?

Hi,

I tried to log into the insight-journal this evening but instead got
the a Midas installation page.  Shortly before this, i was clicking on
paper links and it told me they dont exist...  A bug, presumably.
Sorry to sent it here, but even the webmaster link on the site seems
broken.
