[Insight-developers] git gerrit-merge alias changed

Hi,

Please run

 git checkout master
 git pull
 ./Utilities/DevelopmentSetupScripts/SetupGitAliases.sh

at the top of your source tree to get a fix that prevents running 'git
gerrit-merge' without running 'git gerrit-push' first.

A new script is added to the source tree to perform the action, so you
may have to rebase older patches on master to be able to perform 'git
gerrit-merge'.
