[Insight-developers] Help Silencing warnings in gdcmDataSet

These warnings show up with gcc 4.6 on linux with the gdcm provided in  
ITK...
-Wunused-but-set-variable is now a default when using -Wall (or - 
Wextra) with gcc 4.6
