[Insight-developers] tagging alpha 9

Hi,

Is their still desire to tag alpha 9?

I have a patch that once merged will likely dirty the dashboard for a
little while:

Should I hold off on merging?

The dashboard is still a little colorful if we want to tag.  Is anyone
looking into itkCropImageFilter3DTest?
