[Insight-developers] Image processing position at Allen Institute, Seattle

The Allen Institute for Brain Science (Seattle, Washington) has an open
position in the Technology team. We are looking for an applicant with
practical experience in large format microscopy image processing, stitching
and analysis, strong programming skills and broader interest in creating
tools to support neuroscientific research.


Knowledge of the ITK framework is highly desirable.


Over the past 6 years the Institute has embarked on several major
initiatives in generating large scale data resources and tools toward
understanding the biological roles of many thousands of genes in the brain
and spinal cord and making these resources available for free to the public.
