[Insight-developers] ITKApps-ITKJava and external project wrapping for Java

The ITK wrapping in the next version of ITK will be a lot more
comprehensive and easier to use. You might check out and build ITK4 --
instructions are here:
http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Git
ITK4 is actively under development but to the end user most of the changes
are transparent, and the Wrapping is much better. I'm sure the ITK
wrapping guys would like some end users to give them feedback.
