[Insight-developers] binary morphology classes in LabelMap module

Hi Gaetan,

There are many binary morphology classes in the LabelMap modules that look
general enough to go into ITKBinaryMathematicalMorphology, such as
BinaryClosingByReconstructionByImageFilter.  Is it OK to move these
classes?  What classes should be moved?  If they shouldn't be move, we will
have to specify a LabelMap dependence on BinaryMathematicalMorphology
anyway.
