[Insight-developers] ITK_USE_SYSTEM_JPEG broken

Hi,

I notice that setting ITK_USE_SYSTEM_JPEG=ON now
fails to build (ITKv4 nightly).  I got a bunch
of link errors of the form

  undefined reference to `itk_jpeg_jpeg_stdio_dest'

and similar.

Not sure when this happened.  It looks like maybe the name mangling
doesn't get turned off when ITK_USE_SYSTEM_JPEG=ON?
